Um dia após a Justiça ter considerado abusiva a
greve dos metroviários, a Secretaria dos Transportes Metropolitanos
iniciou processo de demissão por justa causa sob o amparo da lei. De
acordo com a assessoria da secretaria, 60 cartas já foram remetidas. O
critério de afastamento considerou inicialmente os servidores flagrados
em ações de vandalismo ou de incentivo para que usuários pulassem as
catracas.
O
sindicato dos metroviários fará outra assembleia para decidir os rumos
do movimento hoje às 13h. Segundo a assessoria da entidade até às 9h
nenhum comunicado sobre as demissões havia sido recebido pelo
sindicalistas.
Para
o secretário, o movimento tem caráter político e o governo prepara um
plano de contingência para evitar problemas dia 12.06.2014, dia de abertura dos jogos da Copa do Mundo, na Arena do
Corinthians, na zona leste. Muitos torcedores e os próprios
trabalhadores desse estádio vão depender de trens do Metrô para se
deslocarem até o local vindo de outras regiões.
Uma
das opções será usar o expresso da CPTM, saindo da Estação da Luz, mas para chegar a este
local muitos usuários precisam do Metrô.
Nesse
quinto de greve, três das cinco linhas do Metrô operam parcialmente: na
Linha 1-Azul, do Paraíso até à Estação da Luz; na Linha 2-Verde a
circulação começou do Paraíso até Clínicas, mas por volta das 10h já
operava em mais duas estações - a do Sumaré e da Vila Madalena; na Linha
3-Vermelha do Bresser até Santa Cecília. Na Linha 4-Amarela,
administrada pelo setor privado, o funcionamento é normal bem como na
Linha 5-Lilás, em Santo Amaro.
Diariamente
cerca de 4,6 milhões de pessoas utilizam o Metrô. A SPTrans, informa que 100% da frota dos 15 mil ônibus estão
nas ruas numa tentativa de compensar a demanda. Segundo a CET, o trânsito continua mais lento que o
normal, e às 9h tinha 174 quilômetros (kms) de lentidão na área do
centro expandido, filas que cresceram para 182km às 9h30 e caíram para
173km às 10h.
