Treze grevistas foram detidos pela Polícia Militar hoje após confusão ocorrida por volta das 6h30 dento
da Estação Ana Rosa do Metrô. De acordo com a PM, o grupo foi
encaminhado ao 36º Distrito Policial para prestar esclarecimentos. O
major da PM Robson Cabanas, responsável pela operação, explicou que
nenhum deles foi preso.
— Foram levados par a delegacia para apurar a conduta de cada um, verificar quem descumpriu a ordem judicial.
Ainda
segundo o major, a polícia foi acionada para garantir o funcionamento
da estação e do Metrô, seguindo determinação da Justiça, e não houve uso
de força física.
— Não tivemos ação violenta de maneira nenhuma.
Nesta
manhã, de 80 a 100 grevistas entraram na estação para conversar com
outros trabalhadores que não aderiram à greve. O objetivo era
convencê-los a não trabalhar. No entanto, com a chegada da Tropa de
Choque, as entradas das estações foram bloqueada e a polícia começou a
identificar os funcionários que tentavam realizar o piquete, como conta
uma grevista de 26 anos que estava no local, mas não quis se
identificar.
— Nos encurralaram no mezanino e queriam cadastrar para colocaram na lista de demitidos.
Segundo
a grevista, pessoas que estavam do lado de fora conseguiram liberar um
dos portões da estação, que estava fechado com cadeado, e diversos
funcionários do Metrô saíram da estação. O major da PM confirmou que um
dos portões foi arrombado. Com isso, apenas 13 continuam no local e
foram levados para a delegacia.
O advogado do Sindicato dos Metroviários, Ricardo Gebrim, confirmou as detenções desta manhã.

SSP confirma que 13 pessoas foram
levadas para o 36° Distrito Policial após tentarem impedir o
funcionamento da estação Ana Rosa do Metrô. Segundo a delegada Roberta
Guerra, plantonista do 36° DP, essas pessoas assinarão um termo
circunstanciado, que está sendo registrado, e responderão judicialmente
pelo artigo 201 do Código Penal — "Participar de suspensão ou abandono
coletivo de trabalho, provocando a interrupção de obra pública ou
serviço de interesse coletivo". Após a elaboração do documento, elas
serão liberadas.
