Copa.
No
Copa do Mundo.
do mundial.
Segundo
nesta segunda-feira (9), segundo Fernandes.
Segundo
Fernandes, 1.198 funcionários operacionais deveriam trabalhar nesta
segunda-feira.

"I do not give a shit impression that we're concerned with today Thursday. We want to end the strike today," said the secretary, who said he had no concerns about the operation to the Corinthians Arena at the opening of the World Cup world, day 12.
According to Fernandes, if the subway does not cancel the strike, the department will work with "alternative plans". "We will work with FIFA to open the gates an hour before. But no need [to think about] now," he reiterated.
The secretary also noted that the opening of the World Cup will be a holiday in Sao Paulo which should slow the flow of passengers in trains. "Today we are already operating by Bresser as we already operate until Vila. Moreover, you have the CPTM operating Marg Itaquera. Holiday there. At the event, responsible for municipal administration said it plans to keep studying alternative transportation plans if the strike will continue until the opening of the World Cup.
The Sports Minister Aldo Rebelo said on Monday, in São Paulo, the tendency is to strike the subway runs until the opening of the World Cup. He declined, however, to answer whether we can ensure that the fans come to the Metro Arena Corinthians, to see the opening of the world.
According to Rebelo, what can be done to ensure the return of the subway to work is to act judicially. "I think the trend is the movement take into account the decision of Justice. This is the tendency of workers and always has been. I know here in Brazil strike that has persisted in challenging a decision of Justice. "
He also said the federal government does not work with Plan B in case of maintenance downtime. "Plan B is what the court decision has already anticipated," he said, noting that the TRT set fines and penalties for noncompliance with the decision. "It has consequences and effects," he warned.
Layoffs
Staff at Metro who remain on strike have until late this afternoon to return to work or make excuses for missing this Monday (9), according to Fernandes. "They can not only how they should be dismissed for cause.'s A our duty," he said in an interview with Radar SP.
The morning of the second, about 60 employees now on strike would receive notifications of dismissal for cause. The secretary called these layoffs "first wave" and highlighted that were extreme cases of employees who vandalized stations prevented colleagues from work or abused the use of cars sound.

Employees who did not work must provide a justification for the absence. "Those who are not covered under any justification will receive a notification of dismissal," said the secretary.
Negotiation
According to Fernandes, there is no possibility of negotiating with the union. "After the result of TRT [dismissing the strike as illegal and abusive], still insist on strike is a completely insane as deranged," he said. For the secretary, the limit of trading day 06.06.2014 was reached, and "common sense should prevail in this final stretch."
The secretary also insisted that if the increases in benefits considered as the ticket-meal, the increase granted to subway exceeds two digits claimed by employees. Gains ranging from 10.6% to 13.3%, said Fernandes.
