O Presidente da Federação Nacional dos
Metroviários, Paulo Pasin, afirmou que os grevistas do metrô de São
Paulo estão dispostos a aceitar o reajuste de 8,7% imposto pela Justiça
do Trabalho ontem. De acordo com Pasin, o sindicato dos
metroviários exige, como condição para reabrir as negociações com o
Governo do Estado, a reintegração dos cerca de 60 funcionários do metrô
cujas demissões foram anunciadas na manhã de hoje.
Uma
reunião entre grevistas e Governo do Estado deve discutir os termos de
um possível acordo começou por volta das 15h20 desta segunda e conta com
líderes de centrais sindicais nacionais.
"Estamos
dispostos a aceitar esse percentual [8,7%] desde que o governo negocie
outros pontos conosco. Nossa prioridade neste momento é reverter a
demissão dos 60 funcionários que o governo disse que demitiu. Outros
pontos que a gente quer negociar não têm impacto financeiro, como um
plano de cargos e salários", disse Pasin.
Governo
e metroviários marcaram para a tarde de hoje uma nova
rodada de negociações para tentar por fim à greve do metrô que chegou ao
seu quinto dia. No último domingo, a Justiça do Trabalho decretou a
greve como abusiva e estabeleceu em 8,7% o percentual de reajuste que o
metrô deveria dar a seus funcionários. Quando a greve começou, os
metroviários pediam 35,5% de reajuste. Posteriormente, os grevistas
pediram 12,2%.
Na
manhã de hoje, o Secretário de Transportes
Metropolitanos, Jurandir Fernandes, anunciou que pelo menos 60
funcionários do metrô em greve seriam demitidos por justa causa. A lista
dos demitidos, porém, não foi divulgada pelo governo nem pelo sindicato
dos metroviários. Na estação Ana Rosa, houve confronto entre a PM e
integrantes do sindicato e de outros movimentos sociais. Bombas de gás
lacrimogêneo foram utilizadas e pelo menos 13 pessoas foram detidas.
Desses, 11 eram agentes de segurança do metrô.
Segundo
a "Rádio Estadão", o secretário de Transportes deu um prazo até o fim
da tarde para que os grevistas voltem ao trabalho. Segundo ele, "a greve
deve acabar ainda esta noite".
Um
protesto logo no início da manhã terminou em confronto entre a polícia e
os grevistas, com lançamento de bombas de gás lacrimogêneo e
manifestantes detidos. Eles foram encaminhados para o 36º DP (Vila
Mariana).
Dos
13 funcionários levados à delegacia, 11 trabalham como agentes
operacionais do Metrô e dois são do setor administrativo. De acordo com
informações do portal "Estadão.com", eles foram encaminhados para
averiguação. Além disso, por volta das 10h, um funcionário da direção do
Metrô anotava o nome de cada um dos detidos, que foram ouvidos pela
polícia separadamente.
Segundo
a delegada Roberta Guerra, plantonista do 36º DP, os 13 detidos
assinarão um termo circunstanciado e responderão judicialmente pelo
artigo 201 do Código Penal, que trata da participação em "suspensão ou
abandono coletivo de trabalho, provocando a interrupção de obra pública
ou serviço de interesse coletivo", informou a Secretaria de Segurança
Pública, em nota.
A
audiência do sindicato dos metroviários prevista para ser realizada às
13h de hoje foi adiada depois que uma nova rodada de
negociações entre metroviários e governo do Estado foi anunciada. A
reunião estava marcada para começar às 15h de hoje e
contaria com integrantes do sindicato dos metroviários, do Governo do
Estado e de centrais sindicais.
A
greve dos metroviários se transformou na principal ameaça ao jogo de
abertura da Copa dia 12.06.2014, entre o Brasil e a Croácia.
Um dos principais responsáveis pela segurança da Copa em São Paulo disseontem que a greve "é uma ameaça forte", por isso, um plano
para fazer com que as pessoas tenham acesso à Arena Corinthians, em
Itaquera, na zona leste de São Paulo, foi elaborado.
A
Polícia Militar e o Exército criaram um plano de contingência para
manter abertas as vias de acesso ao estádio e em operação metrô e trens
que levam à arena. O comando da PM decidiu mobilizar 5.000 agentes.
Os
líderes dos metroviários negam que a estratégia da categoria inclua a
ameaça à abertura do Mundial da Fifa. "A Copa vai ter, o sindicato não
quer acabar com a Copa. Sou torcedor de futebol, sou santista, gosto do
Neymar e vou torcer pelo Brasil", disse o presidente do sindicato,
Altino de Melo Prazeres Junior. "Tem a Copa, mas tem de ter dinheiro
também para o trabalhador", afirmou.

This morning, the Metropolitan Transport Secretary, Jurandir Fernandes, announced that at least 60 employees in the subway strike would be dismissed for cause. The list of dismissed, however, was not disclosed by the government or by the union of the subway. At the station Ana Rosa, there was confrontation between MPs and members of the union and other social movements. Tear gas were used and at least 13 people were arrested. Of these, 11 were security agents subway.
According to "Radio Estadão," Transportation Secretary gave a deadline until late afternoon so that the strikers back to work. According to him, "the strike should still end tonight."
A protest early in the morning ended in confrontation between police and strikers, with release of tear gas and detained protesters. They were referred to the 36th DP (Vila Mariana).
