O Governador de São Paulo, Geraldo Alckmin, assegurou ontem, que a cidade de São Paulo terá Metrô amanhã , na abertura da Copa do Mundo, apesar da ameaça de os metroviários retomarem a paralisação das linhas, em assembleia à noite, por causa da demissão confirmada de 42 funcionários. “Nós teremos tanto o Metrô quanto a CPTM (os trens)”, ressaltou. “É difícil, aliás, você ter um estádio (como o Itaquerão) que tenha, na porta, uma linha de metrô, a 3 (Vermelha) e uma linha de trem, que é a Linha 11-Coral da CPTM.” 

Caso haja problemas, o governo já preparou uma lista - que teria até 300 funcionários que participaram da greve e podem também ser demitidos.

A ameaça é vista por integrantes do Sindicato dos Metroviários como um plano de contenção de uma nova greve. A lista até já teria sido apresentada a líderes sindicais. Atualmente, o Metrô tem um quadro com 9,5 mil funcionários - 7,5 mil são operadores, supervisores, pessoal ligado à manutenção e condutores.

Dessa forma, o governo não teme falta de pessoas capazes de conduzir os trens, mesmo se tiver de demitir 300 funcionários.

Alckmin voltou a ressaltar nesta terça que as demissões não serão revistas - 42 metroviários foram mandados embora por justa causa.

O argumento usado pelo governo foi de que cometeram “abusos” durante os protestos. “Nenhum grevista foi demitido. 

As demissões ocorridas foram em razão de outros fatos graves, como invasão de estação, depredação, vandalismo”, disse o governador, após discursar na abertura do Fórum Empresarial América Latina Global, no Auditório Ibirapuera, pela manhã.

O governador ainda considera que a discussão trabalhista com os metroviários se encerrou com o dissídio e não haverá novas negociações. 

“Ficou muito superior à inflação (o reajuste salarial), com ganhos reais que dificilmente uma categoria teve.” E ressaltou que “o Governo do Estado tem o dever de garantir a 5 milhões de pessoas que querem trabalhar e precisam do metrô”. 

Além disso, o governador também tem lembrado que a greve foi considerada “ilegal” e “abusiva” pela Justiça no domingo e “decisão judicial se cumpre”. “Espero que (o metrô) não pare (amanhã). Não tem nenhum sentido. Seria um enorme oportunismo, exatamente no dia da abertura da Copa, fazer greve”, disse, 

Para ele, também só ocorrerá conflito perto das linhas - a exemplo do que aconteceu na segunda-feira na Estação Ana Rosa, quando a Tropa de Choque confrontou grevistas na Rua Vergueiro - caso “haja um grupo querendo fazer bagunça pela bagunça, caos pelo caos”. 

O governador afirmou também que não considera que protestos possam atrapalhar o Mundial. “Nós vamos ter uma bela festa.

Em clima de indignação, o Sindicato dos Metroviários aposta ainda na possibilidade de uma audiência de conciliação hoje no TRT. 

A expectativa é que a Justiça solicite ao governo Geraldo Alckmin o cancelamento das demissões. Mas o TRT não havia recebido nenhum pedido formal de audiência até o início da noite de terça. 

O sindicato acusa o governo paulista de reagir de forma intransigente e truculenta, destacando o desmonte do piquete na Estação Ana Rosa. 

O presidente da entidade, Altino de Melo Prazeres, afirmou ainda que os demitidos foram escolhidos como parte de uma “retaliação política” de Alckmin, pois todos têm participação ativa nas ações sindicais. 

Ele falou que a estratégia é para intimidar a classe trabalhadora. 

“A categoria está indignada com as demissões, existe uma revolta com a atitude do governador”, afirmou Prazeres. 

Durante entrevista à tarde, ele e parte dos demitidos seguraram cartazes com os dizeres “Reintegração dos demitidos. Lutar não é crime!” Essa passou a ser única reivindicação, suplantando os pedidos originais, como reajuste salarial na casa dos dois dígitos e um plano igualitário de divisão dos resultados financeiros da empresa. 

Prazeres ressaltou ainda ter o apoio de várias centrais sindicais, incluindo Força Sindical, Conlutas, UGE, CUT e CTB.

Multas. Prazeres afirmou ainda que recebeu ontem a ligação do presidente do TST, Barros Levenhagen, que se mostrou “sensível” à situação dos metroviários. 

O presidente da entidade também esclareceu que recorrerá das multas impostas pelo TRT à entidade e ao sindicato dos engenheiros do Metrô pelos cinco dias de paralisação, que somariam R$ 900 mil. “É uma multa para fazer o sindicato falir, porque não temos tantas fontes de recursos para pagá-la, já que devolvemos a nossa parte do imposto sindical para os trabalhadores.”

Ontem, o TRT chegou a pedir o bloqueio das contas bancárias do sindicato. O motivo seria garantir o pagamento das multas.
