Metrô na capital paulista caso o sindicato dos metroviários volte a
entrar em greve. De acordo com o governante, há uma equipe reserva para
trabalhar amanhã, dia da abertura da Copa do Mundo, se a
categoria decidir retomar a paralisação do serviço de transporte
público.
A greve dos metroviários foi suspensa dia 09.06.2014 após cinco dias de paralisação para cobrar aumento salarial. Na tarde desta quarta-feira, o sindicato realizará assembleia para decidir de volta a parar ou não. A categoria reivindica a recontratação de 42 funcionários grevistas demitidos pelo governo estadual.
“Nós temos um plano de contingência”, disse Alckmin. A declaração do governador foi dada à imprensa durante coletiva na nova sede da Central de Operações da Polícia Militar (Copom), na região central da capital. Antes da chegada do Goverrnador, o deputado estadual Major Olímpio Gomes protestava pacificamente em frente ao prédio do Copom. Usando um megafone e uma caixa de som, ele cobrava de Alckmin melhores salários para os policiais militares.
Equipe reserva
Alckmin entretanto não detalhou como será o funcionamento dessa equipe reserva de funcionários do metrô. “O Metrô explicitará”, disse. “Nós estamos preparados para operar o trem e o metrô”, completou o governador.
Assim como fez na terça-feira, Alckmin voltou a afirmar que a população terá metrô na quinta-feira. “Amanhã nós teremos trem e metrô na abertura da Copa do Mundo”, reiterou.
O governador afirmou ainda que o governo não pretende demitir ninguém, mas que não vai voltar atrás nas demissões de 42 funcionários. "Acho que o país está cansado de impunidade, está cansado de hipocrisia, está cansado de solidariedade seletiva”, disse.

O secretário municipal de Transportes Jilmar Tatto também afirmou nesta quarta-feira que São Paulo terá um plano operacional de contingência, o chamado Plano B, caso os metroviários façam nova paralisação na abertura da Copa do Mundo. "Tem todo um plano de contingência operacional para garantir que todos os torcedores vão com segurança e a tempo", disse. "A cidade de São Paulo tem grandes eventos e está preparada para isso."
Segundo ele, a cidade toda está de sobreaviso. "As empresas [de ônibus] se precisar serão convocadas", disse Tatto. "O frota de ônibus na região da Arena Corinthians será reforçada nesta quinta-feira com o deslocamento de linhas de outras regiões. Nas demais áreas da cidade, a frota circulante não terá alterações e vai funcionar com 50% dos carros disponiveis, como em qualquer outro feriado."
Assembleia
A assembleia dos metroviários está prevista para as 18h30 desta quarta-feira. Em sua página na internet, o sindicato dos metroviários chama o governador Alckmin de "autoritário". Os sindicalistas afirmam que haverá greve caso não sejam readmitidos os 42 funcionários demitidos pelo governo estadual por causa da paralisação, que começou na quinta-feira (5) e durou cinco dias.
Ontem, Alckmin classificou uma eventual nova manifestação no dia da abertura da Copa de "oportunismo" dos metroviários. A Arena Corinthians, que receberá o jogo inaugural entre Brasil e Croácia, fica ao lado das Estações Arthur Alvim e Corinthians-Itaquera do Metrô e da CPTM. O transporte público é sugerido pelo governo como o principal meio de transporte para o torcedor que quiser assistir a partida.
Os metroviários, que já pediram cerca de 35% de reajuste salarial, agora reivindicam 12,2%. Já o Metrô informou que não dará mais que 8,7%. O Tribunal Regional do Trabalho (TRT) julgou a greve abusiva e aumentou a previsão de multa diária de R$ 100 mil para R$ 500 mil para o sindicato, caso o Metrô não opere com 100% da capacidade nos horários de pico. Também bloqueou as contas do sindicato para garantir o pagamento de R$ 900 mil pelos dias parados.
Uma das medidas que podem ter impactado mais a greve, porém, foi a demissão de 42 funcionários na segunda-feira. As demissões ocorreram pela manhã e, à tarde, o Metrô já conseguia abrir estações que haviam ficado fechadas nos dias anteriores, como Belém, Tatuapé e Carrão.
Na segunda-feira, em assembleia, os trabalhadores haviam votado pela suspensão temporária da paralisação.

"A população pode ficar tranquila", disse o secretário da Segurança Pública, Fernando Grella Vieria, em referência ao deslocamento dos torcedores em direção a Arena Corinthians.
A Tropa do Braço da PM poderá ser utilizada para impedir manifestantes de bloquearem vias importantes que levem ao estádio de Itaquera. "Espero que não, mas ela vai estar preparada para agir, se necessário", disse o coronel Benedito Roberto Meira, comandante da Polícia Militar.
Só em Itaquera, Zona Leste. perto da arena, serão 4 mil policiais militares. "Teremos PMs ainda nos metrôs para garantir que eles funcionem e levem os torcedores", disse Meira.

contingency plan to operate the subway in São Paulo subway if the union
goes on strike again. According to the official, there is a reserve team to work tomorrow,
the opening day of the World Cup, if the category choose to resume the
strike of the public transport service.
The subway workers' strike was suspended on 06/092014 after five days of downtime to charge salary increase. On the afternoon of Wednesday, the union will hold meetings to decide to stop back or not. The category of claims rehiring strikers 42 employees laid off by the state government.
"We have a contingency plan," said Alckmin. The governor's statement was given to the press during a press conference at the new headquarters of the Central Operations Military Police (Monetary Policy Committee), in the central area of the capital. "I think the country is tired of impunity, hypocrisy is tired, tired of selective solidarity," he said.

The Municipal Secretary of Transportation Jilmar Tatto also said on Wednesday that Sao Paulo will have an operational contingency plan, called Plan B, if the subway do walkout at the opening of the World Cup. "There's a whole contingency operating plan to ensure that all the fans are going safely and on time," he said. "The city of São Paulo has great events and is prepared for it."
According to him, the whole town is on standby. "Companies [bus] if need be convened," Tatto said. "The bus fleet in the region will be strengthened Corinthians Arena on Thursday with the displacement of lines in other regions.
