O Metrô iniciou suas operações normalmente na manhã
de hoje em SP. Com a suspensão da greve dos
metroviários, que durou cinco dias, as 65 estações foram abertas e as
cinco linhas da cidade funcionam em toda a extensão. Com isso, o rodízio
municipal de veículos voltou a vigorar, segundo a CET.
Os
metroviários decidiram ontem suspender a paralisação por dois dias e
marcaram nova assembleia para amanhã, véspera da Abertura da
Copa do Mundo. A categoria reivindica, entre outras coisas, a
readmissão de 42 trabalhadores demitidos.
O
protesto da categoria realizado ontem teve confronto com a Tropa de
Choque, que lançou bombas de gás e balas de borracha. Os manifestantes
também fizeram barricadas e queimaram lixo em frente à estação. A
polícia deteve 13 grevistas dentro da Estação Ana Rosa, que
posteriormente foram levados para o 36° Distrito Policial – Vila
Mariana. Essas pessoas assinaram um termo circunstanciado e responderão
por interrupção de serviço de interesse coletivo.
Dia 08.06.2014, uma decisão do TRT
de São Paulo determinou o fim da greve e multa diária de R$ 500 mil em
caso de descumprimento. A paralisação do metrô foi considerada abusiva
pelo TRT. O sindicato informou que vai recorrer da decisão.

Day 06/08/2014, a decision TRT São Paulo ruled the strike and a daily fine of R $ 500 thousand in case of noncompliance. The shutdown of the subway was considered unfair by TRT. The union said it will appeal the decision.
