A cidade de São Paulo enfrentou novamente, nesta
segunda-feira, caos no transporte público em meio ao quinto dia de greve
dos funcionários do metrô, com confronto entre a polícia e grevistas a
três dias da abertura da Copa do Mundo, na maior cidade brasileira.
A
tropa de choque da Polícia Militar de São Paulo entrou em confronto com
grevistas que realizavam um piquete na Estação Ana Rosa, na zona sul da
capital.
Uma
avenida chegou a ser bloqueada com lixo queimado, e a polícia usou
bombas de efeito moral e gás lacrimogênio para liberar o acesso à
estação, considerada um dos nervos centrais do sistema. Quatorze
metroviários chegaram a ser levados para a delegacia.
A
Justiça do Trabalho julgou a paralisação ilegal no domingo, mas o
Sindicato dos Metroviários de São Paulo decidiu pela manutenção da greve
em assembleia realizada no mesmo dia.
Segundo a assessoria de imprensa do Metrô-SP, 60 funcionários foram demitidos.
O
governador de São Paulo, Geraldo Alckmin, havia apelado na noite de
domingo pelo retorno dos metroviários ao trabalho, sob risco de
demissão.
"Não
tem mais discussão, ela (a greve) é absolutamente abusiva e ilegal",
disse Alckmin em coletiva de imprensa no domingo. "Eu quero aqui fazer
uma convocação para que o metroviários voltem. O dissídio já foi
decidido e o dissídio não se discute", acrescentou o governador. "Quero
deixar claro aqui que quem não for trabalhar incorre na possibilidade de
demissão por justa causa", disse.
O
presidente da Federação Nacional dos Metroviários (Fenametro), Paulo
Pasim, disse à Reuters na estação Ana Rosa, na manhã desta segunda, que
pretendem reabrir a negociação com o governo.
"Nossa
questão não é a Copa, não queremos prejudicar a população, inclusive
oferecemos a alternativa da catraca livre, que o governo não aceitou",
disse Pasim.
O
desembargador Rafael Pugliese, do Tribunal Regional do Trabalho,
definiu o reajuste salarial de 8,7 por cento para a categoria, que
reivindica um aumento de 12,2 nos salários. Na mesma decisão, a Justiça
determinou o retorno imediato ao trabalho, sob pena de 500 mil de multa
diária.
A
Prefeitura de São Paulo manteve a suspensão do rodízio de carros, e a
capital paulista registrava cerca de 150 km de lentidão na manhã desta
segunda. Os ônibus mantiveram o reforço de frota, informou a SPTrans,
mas imagens de TV mostram grandes filas para embarcar nos coletivos que
passam lotados.
"Estou
indo para o trabalho, já tinha que estar lá, mas não vou chegar, vou
procurar alternativas, a greve atrapalha todo mundo. É o caos", disse o
serralheiro José Mario dos Santos, que tentava embarcar no metrô em uma
estação da zona sul para ir ao trabalho.
Apenas
duas das cinco linhas de metrô de São Paulo funcionavam normalmente na
manhã de segunda, enquanto as outras três operavam parcialmente,
atendendo a poucas estações. Cerca de 4,5 milhões de pessoas utilizam o
metrô na cidade.
"Todo
dia estou sendo afetado, tenho feito baldeações de van e ônibus, mas
rápido mesmo é o metrô", disse o auxiliar de escritório Djalma Melo, que
tentava chegar ao trabalho no centro. Apesar dos transtornos, ele
afirmou concordar com o movimento dos metroviários. "Acho que tem que se
fazer alguma coisa para melhorar o transporte", disse.
A
três dias da partida de abertura da Copa do Mundo entre Brasil e
Croácia, marcada para a Arena Corinthians, na zona leste de São Paulo, a
Fifa mantém a orientação aos torcedores de usarem o metrô para
acessarem o estádio.
A

que por enquanto não há plano alternativo para a abertura do Mundial, na
quinta.
