O TRT de São Paulo
conseguiu bloquear ontem as contas bancárias dos dois
sindicatos envolvidos na greve do Metrô, que durou cinco dias e deixou
milhões de pessoas sem transporte na cidade. A greve foi considerada
abusiva.

Sindicato dos Metroviários teve R$ 3 milhões bloqueados, enquanto o
Sindicato dos Engenheiros não poderá movimentar R$ 400 mil. Os valores,
segundo o TRT, garantirão o pagamento da multa de R$ 100 mil por dia de
greve, nos quatro primeiros dias, e mais R$ 500 mil do quinto dia. A
multa aumentou após aviso do desembargador Rafael Pugliese de que, caso a
greve continuasse após ser considerada ilegal, aumentaria para R$ 500
mil.
O
valor total da multa, segundo informou o TRT por meio de sua assessoria
de imprensa, deve ser paga em "responsabilidade solidária". Ou seja,
engenheiros e metroviários devem decidir o quanto cada sindicato deve
pagar. Os engenheiros voltaram ao trabalho na segunda-feira, devendo
pagar apenas valor referente aos quatro primeiros dias.
No
início da tarde, o TRT informou que pediu uma readequação do valor
bloqueado do Sindicato dos Metroviários de R$ 3 milhões para R$ 900 mil,
depois da decisão de voltar ao trabalho na noite de ontem. O
valor total da multa, porém, só será conhecido no momento da execução.
O
valor de R$ 3 milhões, acima do total da multa, foi solicitado para
garantir o pagamento caso a greve continuasse. Como os engenheiros
voltaram imediatamente após a decisão judicial, o valor bloqueado fica
mantido.

G1 procurou os sindicatos para comentarem a decisão mas não obteve
sucesso. No dos metroviários, não havia ninguém presente para dar as
informações até as 11h. Os engenheiros ainda não haviam posicionamento
até o mesmo horário.
