Carta de demissão dos metroviários responsáveis pela Greve

A Greve dos Metroviários acabou semana passada com o saldo de 42 funcionários demitidos por justa causa. Entretanto, a lista é integrada por diversos  membros do sindicato da categoria.

Dos 42 dispensados pelo Metrô, 11 eram seguranças,  15 funcionários de estação, um da manutenção, dois do CCO e 13 operadores de trens.

Estes funcionários eram atuantes no sindicato. Alguns integravam a diretoria atual que comanda a categoria, outros são ex-diretores e há também delegados sindicais. Segundo um dos metroviários demitidos, que preferiu não ser identificado por temer retaliação, nenhum deles recebeu aviso-prévio do Metrô.

“A empresa não indicou em nenhum momento que essas demissões poderiam acontecer. Nenhum colega cometeu atos de vandalismo”, explicou, citando o motivo do desligamento alegado pela empresa.

O funcionário ainda explicou que, para repor cada operador do Metrô, são necessários três meses de treinamento. “Antes da greve já havia falta de pessoal. As demissões causarão mais prejuízo à prestação dos serviços de transporte”, garantiu.

Governo/ Em resposta às acusações do ex-funcionário, o  Metrô limitou -se a responder por meio de nota que  “as demissões não se basearam no ato de greve, mas em razão de abusos cometidos durante o período”. A empresa não comentou questões como falta de efetivo adequado para o trabalho e excesso de horas extras praticadas por seus funcionários.

Government / In response to the accusations of the former employee, Metro merely respond by noting that "the layoffs were not based in the act to strike, but because of abuses committed during the period."
